Xer-Trees is a small wholesale tree farm located on 3 acres in northwest Albuquerque, NM. We are a family farm harvesting only water wise trees that are grown in New Mexico.
About Our Tree Farm
Our team is dedicated to preserving and protecting the environment, we sell only evergreen and water wise plants and trees. Our first trees were planted in 2014 and our family has nurtured and cared for hundreds of trees.
Below is a brief description of our services.
U-Choose Trees
We invite you to come to the farm to choose the tree(s) that fit your space and appeal most to you. Nature grows all sorts; bushy, thin or tall but always beautiful! We offer evergreen Pinon (Pinus Edulis) and Ponderosa Pine Trees. Our trees range in size from 3 - 10 ft. We have a wide selection.
Placement of trees in your yard should be given careful consideration. Keep in mind utilities, visibility, and future growth.
We Plant Trees
When shopping at Xer-Trees you should keep in mind that every tree or plant we sell is available for pick up, delivery, or our planting service.
The tree(s) you select will be removed from the ground with a tree spade and placed in a burlap lined wire basket (see pictures below). The burlap and basket remain on the root ball when planted and will deteriorate naturally.
A free estimate can be provided for delivery, planting and/or site prep.
Beautify Your Outdoor Space

Our planting season is between November 1st and April 1st. For optimal transplant success, we prefer not to move evergreen trees in the summer.
